  1. Season lasts for 10 weeks starting 6th Sep, Sunday with a break for 2 Sundays(11 and 18) during Oct Holidays
  2. Only matches played on Sundays are counted towards the League.
  3. The winning team should WhatsApp the score after every match for it to be considered to be registered for the league. BEST PRACTICE : Do it immediately after match.
  4. Only scores reported on the same day will be considered and recorded.
  5. There will be a separate WhatsApp group called 'HHB League Scores' setup for this purpose. No banter permitted in this group as this will be ONLY for official scores.
  6. You can record only ONE win with a specific partner on a given Sunday.
  7. There's no limit how many wins you can record on a day as long as they are with different partners.
  8. Rankings will be based on number of WINS,then NPD and then WIN %.
  9. If players are tied on ALL three (extremely rare), then basically they can play a 'first to 10 points' singles game, to decide who comes on top at the end of the League ! [This is only required if a Top 3 position is at stake]
  10. All Matches will be only 1 game of 21 points.
  11. At 20 all, the side which gains a 1st point, wins that game. [Sudden Death]
  12. If sometimes matches are cut short by the buzzer and can't be played till 21 - then the team leading at buzzer wins automatically as long as they have scored a minimum of 15 points.
  13. If at buzzer - both teams are below 15 then that game is void and cannot be counted.
  14. If at buzzer - both teams are tied at same score e.g. 17-17; then they should play 1 last point to decide winner
  15. In case of injury, the team with injured player will forefeit the match. No official score will be recorded but a WIN will be awarded to the winning team.
  16. Trophies will be awarded to Top 3 players in the League.
  17. In case of any disputes - the decision of the HHB Selection Committee (Rukhsar, Deepak, Prasanna, Jalal, Deepesh, Thomas) will be final.
